ITI students placed for job training opportunity with Able Computing.

The International Training Institute under the leadership Managing Director Senthyvel Senthil Kumaran has assigned the learning and development department to deliver placements for graduates upon completion of the courses under Business Administration and ICT.

Th Institute’s aim is to help train graduates to understand the corporate expectations from different employers, and seek employment opportunities to chance them placements in the workforce respectively in line with their knowledge and skills that they ave attained from ITI.

When asked about the processes involved in this important task, the Learning and Development Manager Selvendran Nagulendran said, “We facilitate and deliver pre employment training to students on CV’s and Interview tips throughout the academic year. Found that it has become quite tough for students in constructing a CV, responding to interviews and mostly understanding the employers expectations.

But that’s the process; like every recruitment we have structured procedure in place to give the student a first-time exposure of what to expect in any forthcoming recruitment.”

According to the ITI official statistics, a total of 112 total student placements were officiated last year with 41 our students under job training, and 71 students for full-time employment within our associated and partnered organizations. Given the 2021 results, graduates who were engaged on these placements have met the requirements and have enabled them the exposure of how the industrial environment operates.

Once the students graduates or fully completes their respective courses, the requirements to be eligible for possible job placements are to provide their CV, academic qualifications and transcripts, medical certificates, police clearances and other supporting documents.

Registration is now open for February Intake. Interested students are welcome to apply at the ITI Badili Campus.
