ITI participates at the Arawa Business Show

International Training Institute was one of the first educational institutions in Papua New Guinea to participate at the Arawa Business Show. The show was held on the 9th to 10th of July 2009 at Arawa White House Building in Kieta district, Central Bougainville, Autonomous Region of Bougainville. The Arawa Business Show was supported by Bougainville Earth Works and Arawa Carpentry.

ITI was represented by Ms. Mary Kameata of Distance Education division who was there to promote and market ITI distance, corporate and fulltime programs.

Ms Kameata said so many people where interested about the programs offered by ITI , currently grade ten and twelve school leavers from the Autonomous Region of Bougainville are applying to take up courses either fulltime on-campus or by distance mode of studies.

Ms. Kameata was assisted by Mr. Ian Jacob, an agent of ITI Lae campus who markets and promotes ITI courses in the Autonomous Region.

This will become an annual event so that businesses houses, organizations, small holder businesses, institutes and individuals can market or showcase their products and services.
